Order Cancellation

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

Since we deal in handcrafted & carefully curated sarees, we accept returns only in the following cases:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product received

Conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and with tags intact.
• Opening video from package-sealed stage is mandatory for claims.

Refund Policy

• If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• No refund on orders where product is used, washed, altered, or damaged by customer.
