Order Cancellation
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
Since we deal in handcrafted & carefully curated sarees, we accept returns only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
Conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and with tags intact.
- Opening video from package-sealed stage is mandatory for claims.
Refund Policy
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- No refund on orders where product is used, washed, altered, or damaged by customer.
