Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver your order in the fastest and safest way.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time
- Within India: 5–10 business days depending on location.
- Remote areas may take longer due to courier availability.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout depending on location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking link/SMS/WhatsApp update will be provided.
Undelivered / Return to Sender
If courier attempts fail due to wrong address/phone/unavailability:
- The buyer must pay reshipping charges for re-dispatch.
Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
Since we deal in handcrafted & carefully curated sarees, we accept returns only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
Conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and with tags intact.
- Opening video from package-sealed stage is mandatory for claims.
Refund Policy
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- No refund on orders where product is used, washed, altered, or damaged by customer.
